Sarah Erha Promoted to Manager of Reporting and Quality Assurance, Environmental Risk Sciences

Sarah Erha has been appointed as Manager of Reporting and Quality Assurance, Environmental Risk Sciences, North America. Sarah has nearly 20 years of experience at our laboratory in Wareham, Massachusetts, USA. She has served in several roles over her tenure at Smithers, including Manager of Program Management, Program Manager, and Manager, Laboratory Services.Sarah holds a degree in Business Administration in Management and Organizational Studies and is Lean Sigma Black Belt certified. Sarah’s unique knowledge and experience comes from working collaboratively across internal teams and on various Lean Sigma projects, while working with clients in a Program Management role. Sarah has significant experience in successfully implementing new technologies at Smithers and she will apply this expertise to enhance the quality of our client services.
