He has over six years of experience at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company in tire development and advanced testing. As a Test Development Engineer, Taylor led the creation of new tests, including a method to measure how tire rolling resistance affects EV energy consumption, using a custom Matlab application for data analysis. He played a crucial role in improving test track infrastructure and achieving SAE J3300 site and driver certification, while personally reaching Driving Level 4..

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering with a Minor in Off-Road Equipment from Penn State University.
