Join us at CS5 West
Smithers will once again be exhibiting at CS5 West 2026, which San Diego will host this time. As always, there is a full agenda for attendees. Days will be split between main sessions and a series of breakout sessions. Unlike in past years, CS5 will not offer two different tracks. Rather, breakout sessions cover a myriad of topics with many different experts walking guests through the topics.
Another new feature for 2026 is a series of three-hour breakout sessions. These cover:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Secure Controls Framework (SCF)
- Service Providers
- Architecture and Construction
- Higher Education
- Aerospace and Defense
- Microsoft
- ANAB (ISO 27001)
Our own Robert McVay will be a panelist for the Higher Education breakout.
Beyond the robust agenda, we have also found that CS5 offers a good opportunity for connecting with and talking to others in the CMMC ecosystem. Whether you wish to talk to C3PAOs, MSPs, or organizations seeking CMMC certification, you can find them all at CS5, and there are plenty of opportunities to meet and share information.
You can find Smithers at booth #38 beginning Thursday morning at 8:00 AM. Robert’s three-hour breakout will start on Friday, April 17 at 9 AM PST.
