She has over 18 years of experience in commercial and operations leadership roles focused on regulatory compliance and quality control testing services for microbiology, analytical chemistry, food forensics, and import detention.
 
AJ holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Lebanon Valley College and a Master of Science in soil microbiology from the University of Delaware. 
 
AJ lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, son, and three dogs. She enjoys cooking, bird watching, and gardening.
