What kind of products can be tested? 

We primarily test cannabis, CBD, and hemp flower, concentrates, oils, and infused products such as beverages, edibles, topicals, and more. We can also perform standard screens for contaminants on water, soil, and other matrices.

Results are typically available within 1 to 4 business days depending on the tests requested.

How do I submit a sample? 

• Hemp and CBD samples can be shipped or dropped off to the lab located at 8205 S. Cass Avenue Suite 106/107 Darien, Illinois 60561.
• Illinois Medical Patients must drop off their samples to the lab.
• Cultivators/Craft Grow/Infusers must enter their samples through the Bio Track system for both R&D and compliance testing.

How much sample is needed for testing? 

• A typical test requires between 1g-2g of sample. A minimum of 7g is required for a full panel testing.

Where can I see my test results? 

Results can be found via our customer portal and PDFs are sent to each portal user via email.  

What is your payment policy & forms of payment do you accept? 

We require pre-payment on all orders prior to the release of results and accept payment by check and/or online ACH transfers.  

What is Product Development (R&D) Testing?

Which Hemp and CBD tests are required by law? 

This drastically depends on which state you anticipate selling your products. Most of the states only require potency testing while some states are beginning to require the same tests required for medical and recreational cannabis products.  You will need to check your local laws or contact us for additional information on your state guidelines.
