Located at the Smithers Winter Test Center, this unique venue is perfect for product demonstrations, driving events, and product launches. And with multiple rental configurations available, the space can accommodate anywhere from ten to 120 guests.

The Hiawatha Room

With room for up to 120 guests, the large Hiawatha Room is an excellent space for meetings, product presentations, or demonstrations. This 68-by-34-foot event space has a cozy fireplace, rustic paneling on the walls, and stunning images of the surrounding Hiawatha National Forest, captured by a local photographer.

The Doug VanArnam (DVA) Room

Named for Doug VanArnam, the long-time General Manager of the Smithers Winter Test Center, our smaller conference room comfortably seats ten to twelve people. The room’s focal point is a stunning, unique executive table, handcrafted by a local carpenter.

The VanArnam Room (11 feet by 12 feet): $300 per day
