Design of Experiment (DoE)
Design of experiment (DoE) is a risk based approach that applies statistical thinking from the design phase to determine relationships between factors affecting a process and the output of that process to achieve process knowledge. This results in establishment of the design space.

DoE allows multiple input factors to be manipulated at once to analyse their effects on the process. The principles of DoE have been applied in a wide range of pharmaceutical development.
