Large kitchen
Situated outside the conference center, you can easily stage meals, snacks, and refreshments for your event with access to kitchen appliances and storage. Catering can be brought in and staged during the event without disturbing the conference room or other activities.
A smaller breakout space sits on the same level as the conference center, giving your team private space to prep without stepping away from the event.
Talent Prep
A quiet, private space for on-camera talent or spokespeople to review notes before facing press or cameras.
Sponsor Meetings
Dedicated space to meet with sponsors or partners without disrupting the main event schedule.
Production Coordination

Weather-protected event pavilions are located at both the Wet and Dry Vehicle Dynamics Areas, giving drivers, media, and event staff shelter from harsh elements between sessions. These shaded and raised areas provide a good staging point for drivers, a good vantage point for observing testing or vehicle maneuvers and a large enough space for group discussions prior to or during driving activities.
The conference center stays climate-controlled through Texas heat and provides a second-floor vantage point to observe testing and activities on the Oval and other parts of the on-road surfaces.
